Approx. 625 HP & 2100 lb-ft torque while bosting 20% more cooling capacity, 15.2L displacement (improved from 14.6L), custom matched paint, direct 3406E 5EK replacement engine while backed by our 2 yr, 200,000 mile, 8000 operating hour warranty
As with all Rev Diesel engines, this engine went though a rigorous cleaning and inspection process before deemed rebuildable. All liner protrusions set to .006”, within +/- two to four ten thousands of an inch- GARANTEED.
We reman and assemble our crate engines with only the finest parts and equipment available, what we can stand behind. Completely Blue Printed and Balanced.
Cylinder block hot tanked, washed, magnafluxed and inspected.
Front and Rear Structure removed, clean and inspect.
Front gear train removed and rebuilt.
NEW Front and Rear Main Seals.
Machined counterbore and liner protrusions set to .006” +/- two to four then thousandths of an inch- GARANTEED.
All thread holes in the block cleaned and chased.
All oil passages brushed and cleaned.
All sealing surfaces machined and cleaned.
NEW Vibratech Crankshaft vibration dampener
Resurfaced Flywheel.
Camshaft gear disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt.
